How I got 5M views on Quora with 200 answers in 20 months
Writing has given me clarity in my thoughts and helps me communicate my ideas to the world, even when I’m deep asleep.
When I started writing on Quora, it wasn’t because I wanted to be famous or build a personal brand.
The truth?
I was desperate to find customers for my startup, and I thought writing on Quora could be a great idea to get the attention that could eventually translate into sales.
It took me 12–13 months to reach 1 Million views, and the next 4 Million came in the next 8 months. And although I had been inactive on Quora for almost 8 months now, the platform was kind to keep sending curious visitors to our website.
My journey of writing answers on Quora with the greed of website visitors, to the time Quora almost blocked me because I was sending a lot of traffic to our website, I have learned and grown as a writer and a marketer.
In my 20 month journey on Quora as a writer, I gained confidence in myself to express my thoughts, ideas, and emotions through words, and now I embark upon the journey to narrate my stories through video, and I hope to have a lot of fun.
Why this picture? Is this even relevant to this post? NO. It is not. But this picture is a reminder to me that I am stronger than I think I am. The #1000Day challenge is a project built on the foundation of HOPE and LOVE.
I hope to transform and upgrade myself to be a better human and have fun while doing so.
